FANtastic Friday FLASH

This week's FANtastic Friday FLASH winner is :   L O R E N E    S T U N S O N    H I L L

Lorene Stunson Hill was born in St. Louis, Missouri, grew up in Detroit, Michigan and now resides in Orlando, Florida.  She is currently pursuing her dream of becoming a published author, hoping to get her fiction novel, To Dance with Ugly People, published.

Stumbling serendipitously into Professor Wyatt Wyatt's Creative Writing class at the University of Central Florida the professor sternly advised, "You will never be successful until you have the guts to write without fear of everyone learning your secrets."

When her short story, entitled Quagmire, was published in the Detroit Black Writer's Guild magazine “Best of Show,” she realized using her life experiences as a coping mechanism to fantasize about subject matter for a future novel, was not a bad idea.  At the age of sixty, she has finally fulfilled a lifelong dream and written about the contemporary life of a tragic hero.

Please check out the Notes section of Lorene's Facebook page (Lorene Stunson Hill) and experience To Dance with Ugly People, the grandeur of a story tragic in its moral perspective.

Thank you Lorene for being a FANtastic Fan!  Best Wishes in your writing career!
